Well, it's a "market research report". Those are usually very pricey.

On their website in the "who should buy this report?" they list: Packaging converters, Raw material suppliers, Equipment/Machinery suppliers, Brand owners and retailers, Industry consultants and analysts. So they are pretty much targeting big businesses.
